I simply LOVE FALL, and my favorite Fall tradition is taking the boys to the Pumpkin Patch at St. Luke's. I don't know why it is my favorite fall tradition; maybe it is the cheery color of the pumpkins. Maybe it is spending an afternoon outside in the cool weather. Maybe it is the hot chocolate we get to enjoy afterwards, either way, it is a great afternoon with my boys.
The Pumpkin Patch at St. Luke's is run by church the sweetest volunteers ever! This year is no different, and he day we went there were tree volunteers there. I forgot to get their names SORRY :( but when we got in the car Gabe said to me "Mommy, it was so nice that those people let us buy one of their very own pumpkins" Sigh tear :)
I always carry my camera with me to the pumpkin patch, and this year the boys made me promise to let them choose where they take pictures "Mom, WE get to choose which pictures you take okay?" They may have broken my heart when they said that but we were able to get some great shots of our fun fall pumpkin hunt, and my dear husband took a shot of me and my little pumpkin hunters!
